What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay and all major US credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

What are my shipping options?

At this time, we only ship to the continental U.S. (including D.C and Alaska). We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or the Virgin Islands at this time.

At checkout, you have the option to choose Economy Shipping (5-7 business days).

What if I need to make a return?

Good news! We offer free returns:

  • You have 7 days from the receipt of your purchase to receive a full refund back to your original purchase method. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • All returns are to the discretion of the Dawg Food store.
  • Items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

To begin the return process, please use the Contact Form at the bottom of the web page, or email support@DawgFoodStore.com. Please be sure to include your order number, found on your order confirmation email or receipt. We will reply to your email with a printable return label.

I bought the wrong size. Can I make an exchange?

Of course! The Dawg Food store offers free exchanges for equal value merchandise ONLY:

  • You have 7 business days from the receipt of your purchase to exchange an item. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  • Returned items for exchange must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • All exchanges are to the discretion of the Dawg Food store.
  • Items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

To make an exchange,  fill out the Contact form at the bottom of the page, or email us at support@DawgFoodStore.com. Please be sure to include your order number and the size you would like to exchange it for. We will reply to your email with a printable return label. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will ship your exchange!
